Want to Know Some Rap Battle Tips?

If you want rap battle tips, then read this now. You will learn some rapping battle tips that will enable you to win freestyle rap battles with ease.

Secret #1: Use The Power Eye Technique

Winning a freestyle rap battle has a lot to do with who is more confident in the battle. It's usually the case that the rapper with the least confidence ends up losing. So, how can you boost your confidence and intimidate your opponent?

Basically, you want to look at the space between your opponent's eyebrows. Doing so means that you can stare down your opponent without feeling uncomfortable as a result of extended eye contact.

Your opponent will be of the opinion that you're staring straight through him. It will be impossible for him to tell what you're actually doing i.e. staring at the space between his eyebrows. Eventually, your opponent will feel intimidated, weak, and will assume that you must be a good rapper if you're so confident.

Secret #2: Practice Rap Battling Online

There are many other rap battle tips, but this is a very important one. I advise you to go to online voice chat rooms to practice freestyle battling with other people. This is a great way to improve and practice your skills because you don't have to worry about people laughing at you as much as in real life.

There are plenty of free chatrooms with the ability to use your microphone to freestyle. Just look for a room that attracts other rappers. Once you find one, put out a challenge to the others in there and say that you are willing and ready to battle. As well as being fun, you will make swift progress, as the only way to really improve is to get regularly involved in rap battles.

Secret #3: Find A Flaw And Exaggerate It

A common way to win rap battles is to find your opponents flaw and then exaggerate it. So, if your opponent dresses strangely, rap about how all his clothes are donations from the Salvation Army. Basically, find something that your opponent can be embarrassed about and then deepen it.

Whether it is true or not does not necessarily matter. As long as you see some kind of flaw in your opponent, you are ready to take it to the next level. From there, you want to deepen the wound by exaggerating it. Many times, your exaggerations can really be the truth and you can tell by your opponents face.

If your shows any weakness in response to something in particular that you're rapping about, you want to keep going with that flaw and come back to it every now and then if it turns into a long battle.

You have to be creative in the way that you diss your opponent though, as it's not enough just to diss someone. You have to take a common diss and then spun your own unique spin on it. This will help you look good while making your opponent look bad.
